How can I book?
You can book online or send us a non-binding request using the corresponding form.
When is my booking valid?
After receipt of our written booking confirmation we ask you to transfer a deposit (over 30 % of the total amount) free of charge to our bank account within 5 days.
Your booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit and the subsequent written booking confirmation.

Which cancellation terms apply?
The following cancellation conditions are valid for both contracting parties.
- Up to 100 days before arrival: 10 % of the total amount due
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the total amount due
- Up to 1 day before arrival: 100 % of the total amount due
- No Show/late arrival/early departure: 100 % of the total amount due
- Down payments made cannot be retransferred.
What are the included services?

- In summer for the “Dolomitenbad” outdoor swimmingpool in Lienz or for the Lake Tristach.

Are there also exclusive services?
- Finnish sauna with infrared cabin and relaxation room including towels

Are pets allowed?
You are welcome to bring your four-legged dog friend with you. Out of consideration for other guests we only accept a certain number of dogs at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are only possible on request.
The following conditions apply:
- Maximum of one pet per apartment
- 10.00 € per day/pet without board
- Periods when pets are not allowed: August, Christmas/New Years
When can I check in?
Your apartment is ready for from 4:00 p.m.
Until when do I have to check out?
Check-out is until 9:00 a.m.. The apartment must be left clean.
Are there special arrival and departure days, a minimum stay or seasonal periods?
- Arrival and departure day: The possible arrival and departure days depending on the season time are marked "green" in the booking module.
- Minimum stay: 6 nights

Can I request a specific apartment?
We cannot make a binding commitment to apartment requests.
Is the possible number of occupancy for the apartments flexible?
A stay in our apartments is possible for as many people as stated in the reservation (children also count as persons). It is not possible to arrive with more people than agreed during the reservation process. In the opposite case, the full price will be charged if fewer people than indicated in the reservation arrive.
What is included in the kitchen equipment?
We ask you to bring oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, rags and dishcloths, tablecloth etc. yourself or to buy them at the local supermarket.
- Two electric hotplates, extractor hood, refrigerator with small freezer compartment
- Dishes, pots and pans
- Cutlery and glass assortment
- Moka pot
- Kitchen tools: from the cooking spoon to the potato peeler
- Cleaning items: from broom to scrubbing brush
The following devices are not included in the equipment:
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Oven
What flooring do the apartments have?
The apartments are equipped with laminate floors.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes.
Do I have to bring toilet paper?
No, toilet paper is available to you free of charge in the apartment.
Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?
An initial supply of towels, bed linen and toilet paper is already in the apartment. After 7 days you can take fresh towels and fresh bed linen from our self-service laundry station free of charge.
What do I have to bring myself?
We ask you to bring oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, rags and dishcloths, tablecloth etc. yourself or to buy them at the local supermarket.
Do I have to bring my own bathrobe?
Yes.
How much does the final cleaning cost?
The final cleaning is included in the price.
Can I wash my clothes on site?
You can use our washing machine on site. We charge an extra 5.00 € per wash.
Is there a ski and bike depot?
We kindly ask you to leave your bikes & ski equipment in our free bike depot or ski depot with heated ski boot room. You will also find a ski depot (costs apply) directly in the ski area 3 Zinnen Dolomites.
Are children allowed?
Children are very welcome.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, all apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Where can I eat?
A restaurant & pizzeria is only 10 minutes’ walk away.
Many restaurants and pizzerias can be found in San Candido (10 minutes by car).
Where can I shop?
In the village centre of Winnebach / Prato alla Drava (5 minutes on foot) there is a small grocery store at your disposal. The shopping mile of San Candido can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Where can I go swimming or take a sauna?

Where is the nearest ski area?
Only 2 km from Residence Pojaufer you will find the ski area Drei Zinnen Dolomites. The ski area comprises several ski schools and a ski rental.
Where is the nearest bicycle rental?
You can rent bicycles in the centre of San Candido and in the service building of the ski area Drei Zinnen Dolomites (2 km by car).
